How to book?
1) Choose a date & class that you would like to book.
2) Your slot will only be confirmed after payment is made.
3) If you’ve choose “Customised Rug Class”, kindly send us your design by Whatsapp to your selected outlet.

Our Policies
Minimum Age
Tufting Workshops: Participants must be aged 10 and above.

Extensions
For tufted works and intricate designs not completed during the workshop, extensions are available at RM50/hr, subject to availability.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be made once to a date within 2 weeks from the original appointment date, at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. Reschedule in less than 24 hours will incurred a late rescheduling fees of RM50/pax. Reschedule slots are subject to availability.

We do not offer refunds after payment confirmation.
No-shows will be considered as slots used.

May I know the price is based on how many pax?

Price is by each pax.

Can I bring someone to accompany me?

Yes, you can bring 1 pax to accompany you. We have a friendly sofa area.

It this suitable for kids?

Suitable for age 10 & above.

I would like to held a private party / team building event?

Can I bring my rug home immediately after class?

We will need to do the finishing and air-dry it. It will be ready for collection within 2 weeks. You may self collect it or request for postage at RM 10 once ready.
